Documentation

This is the operational manual for DHCP Shield Pro — the same documentation an operations team uses to run the appliance, published openly. It spans the architecture, the concepts you need before configuring it, installation and nftables deployment, the monitoring surfaces (dashboard, NOC display, DHCP stream, alarms, network map), day-to-day operations (devices, actions, automation, reports), the firewall manager and its guidance, user management, and the reference appendices — plus the appliance API reference. Start with Architecture Overview and use the sidebar to navigate by section.

What’s published here vs. what ships with the package

Section titled “What’s published here vs. what ships with the package”

This is the canonical public home for the DHCP Shield Pro documentation. A small set of security-sensitive chapters — the AI/anomaly internals and the full configuration reference — are delivered with the install package rather than published here, since publishing the detection internals would mainly aid evaders. Everything an operator needs to evaluate and run the appliance is on this site.

Downloads and license details will live in the customer portal once it opens; the portal is coming soon.
