Subscription vs one-time
Subscribe, or own it
A subscription is the lower entry point and always keeps you current: support and every update are included while it's active. A one-time perpetual licence is yours to keep — add the annual maintenance plan to stay on the latest versions, or run the purchased version with security and critical fixes until it reaches end of life. Over a multi-year horizon, the one-time licence with a maintenance plan typically costs less; over a short horizon, the subscription does. Both run the same product.

Support and maintenance plans
Recurring licences include support and updates. For a perpetual licence, an annual maintenance SLA keeps updates and human support flowing from activation; without it the licence receives security and critical fixes only. 24/7 coverage is always a custom agreement.

Is there a trial?
The monthly subscription is the low-commitment way to evaluate — it's the full product at the lowest entry point, and you can stop renewing at any time. There's no separate trial product to expire; you simply run the real thing for as long as it's useful. Happy to set you up — talk to sales.
What's the difference between subscription and a one-time licence?
A subscription includes support and all updates while it's active, billed monthly or yearly. A one-time perpetual licence is bought once and runs forever; to receive support and updates you add the annual maintenance SLA (€1,500/yr for Starter, €2,250/yr for Pro). Without the SLA, a perpetual licence still receives security and critical fixes until its version reaches end of life.
Why can I buy a yearly subscription online, but a monthly one is contact-sales?
You own and run the appliance on your own infrastructure, and a subscription is delivered as a signed licence file with a fixed term — that file is what keeps the product current. Issuing and delivering a fresh licence every month isn't something we automate cleanly yet, so the monthly cycle is arranged with us directly: we set it up and keep your licence renewed. A yearly subscription issues one licence at checkout that runs the full term, so you can buy it online and have the file in hand right away. We keep the monthly option open to stay flexible to your budget, but we encourage at least a yearly commitment — and yearly comes with a 10% discount. Talk to sales for monthly.
Do you publish 24/7 support pricing?
No — 24/7 coverage is always a custom agreement rather than a flat published price. AI support runs around the clock on every plan; human escalation is 5×8 CET with next-business-day response. If you need round-the-clock human coverage, we're glad to scope it with you — contact sales.
How do I size which tier I need?
The lease figures are licence limits, not a hard meter — Starter is licensed for up to 50,000 active leases, Pro up to 250,000, both on a single node; Enterprise covers carrier scale with high availability. Can I run this air-gapped?
